Simultaneously, Total Processing supplied Wave Direct with Total Defender; its chargeback defence service - located directly within its core business platform - Total Control. With Total Defender, Wave Direct is able to de-escalate transactions categorised as high risk whilst defending chargebacks in as little as 2-clicks.
